Your BDFX website account and your MT5 trading account have separate login details. Use the credentials issued for the account you are opening. Never send passwords or sign-in codes to support.

Continue to Verify opens the identity check. Follow the document and camera instructions on screen. Your dashboard shows whether verification is awaiting completion, under review or completed. A completed session does not guarantee approval.

BDFX does not accept UAE nationality or UAE residence, and UAE-issued identity documents are not accepted. Other eligibility rules also apply. Read the restricted countries policy before registering.

Return to your BDFX account and check the latest verification status. Follow any retry instructions shown. Contact support if the result needs review; include your registered email and the status shown, without sending identity documents through public chat.

Install MetaTrader 5 from the official download or app-store links on our Platform page. Choose Login to an existing account, search for AscendsGlobalMarkets, and enter the MT5 account number and trading password issued to you.

Check the server name and account number against your MT5 account email. Website credentials do not sign you into MT5. Check your network connection, then open a support ticket with the error message and account reference. Do not include passwords.

Open the symbol's Specification in MT5. Review the current bid/ask, contract size, volume steps, trading sessions and margin calculation before placing an order.

Open Deposits in your signed-in client dashboard and choose your own live trading account. Review the method, currency, network and payment instructions shown before sending a payment. Keep the order reference and transaction receipt.

The stated typical BDFX USDT processing window is 1–4 hours, subject to account checks and network conditions. This is not a guaranteed completion time. Other payment methods may take longer; check the Deposit & Withdrawal Policy.

Check the request status in your client area first. Open one support ticket in Deposit/Withdrawal and include the trading account number, BDFX order reference, amount, date, method and blockchain transaction hash or bank payment reference where applicable. Continue updates in the same ticket.

Reply to the same ticket and ask for a payment review, quoting its reference. If you cannot access the client area, email support@billiondollarfx.com from your registered address with the ticket and payment reference. Do not send wallet seed phrases, card security codes, passwords or OTPs.

Use Apply as an IB Partner, verify your email and identity, then complete the IB application in your client area. Eligible applications can be approved automatically after a successful live identity check. Your IB dashboard shows the application result.

Approved IBs can copy their personal referral link and view attributed clients and available commission from the IB dashboard. Commission rates follow the terms agreed for the account; the public calculator uses values you enter and does not set your actual rate.
